Basketball 2025 Class D1 and D2 Boys Basketball Sub Predictions

D1-1: Johnson-Brock
D1-2: East Butler
D1-3: McCool Junction
D1-4: Blue Hill (terrible sub)
D1-5: Bancroft-Rosalie
D1-6: Twin Loup
D1-7: Hartington-Newcastle (terrible sub)
D1-8: Boyd County (terrible sub)
D1-9: Plesanton (terrible sub)
D1-10: Elm Creek
D1-11: NPSP
D1-12: Dundy

Wildcards: Howells-Dodge, Bertrand, Elmwood-Murdock, Pawnee City

Really would like to see the new format of districts move down to D1 and D2. No reason Blue Hill or Hartington/Newcastle should take a spot away from a team like Twin Loup or Hitchcock County if they don't survive their sub. Let's have 10 subs and have six wildcards versus 12 and 4.

D2 to me looks like a four team race of Archangels, Wausa, St. Mary's, and Wynot.

D2-1: Diller-Odell (terrible sub)
D2-2: Silver Lake
D2-3: Archangels Catholic
D2-4: Wausa
D2-5: St. Mary's
D2-6: Shelton
D2-7: Ansley-Litchfield
D2-8: Medicine Valley
D2-9: Sandhills/Thedford
D2-10: Wallace
D2-11: Leyton (terrible sub)
D2-12: Cody-Kilgore

Wildcards: Stuart, Wynot, Fullerton, Red Cloud
