*158 Teams played 8-Man football in 1963 and here is how the Final Omaha World-Herald 8-Man Football rating looked according to Gregg McBride.
There were two 8-Man sections used for ratings purposes once again, a Class A set of rankings which included teams from Class C-2 playing the 8-Man game and a Class B section which included the remaining schools in Nebraska fielding an 8-Man team.
Mr. McBride then combined the two for an Overall 8-Man Top Ten which included the Cream of the Crop from both “A” and “B”.
Below is the OVERALL TOP TEN, the Class A and Class B TOP Tens.
