Creighton Prep defeats Johnston (Iowa) 7-2 to win the Central Plains Regional and advance to the American Legion World Series for the second year in a row.

The American Legion World Series will run from August 10-15 in Shelby, North Carolina. The opening round games on Thursday (Aug. 10) and Friday (Aug. 11) will stream on ESPN3. All other games will be televised on ESPNU.
