I don’t think it needed to be put out on social media in the matter it was done. It only opens it up for questions because we don’t know details. Not saying the public needs to know, but addressing it like this is only going to draw attention for people to dig.
It’s fine to address things like this on social, but you have to be completely transparent with your audience about what took place.
