In order to eliminate the large gathering of athletes and schools at a district meet, in Classes B thru D the NSAA will be "splitting" the districts.

So there will be a sub-district tournament a week before the traditional district tournament. The top four finishers in each weight class at the "sub-district" tournament will advance to the district tournament, for a 8-man bracket.

Class B will have six teams in their sub-district, Class C will have eight teams and Class D will have 11 in their sub-district.

This sub-district round will be held on Feb. 6 (week before Districts). As a result, in 2021, there WILL NOT BE A NSAA DUAL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
