Up and Coming Coaches

Just want to get some discussion going in a different direction, who are some of the new or up and coming high school football coaches around the state of Nebraska?

I would have to start with Sandhills/Thedford Coach Deines. Remote area with NO facilities. Takes a good coach & some rare talent to succeed there.

HCC coach very good with his talent up in the north sector of the state. Catmeow or cargo I'm not sure how you spell it, just seems like he gets it done

The kids in the Sandhills know how to work!! They bust their butts on the ranch whenever there not in school or particapting in sports!!

Carlie Wells ,not exactly an up and comer, is an outstanding coach. He has always had my respect for staying at Elgin Public through some pretty lean years and building a strong program.

Sandhills/Thedford has a great leader in the Nutter kid and a couple great transfers this year was huge. They really started hitting the weights about 2 years ago and it has paid off for sure.
