Playoff Start Times

Just curious which team gets to decide the starting times for playoff games?

Sould be a mutual agreement? Home team should understand away team has to travel? In playoffs some a long distance.

If schools do not agree on a time and the visiting team travels more than 120 miles the game is at 1:30 in the afternoon.

I thought there was something about distance. Never heard of a 1:30 start time being required though.

NSAA rules says game time is at 7pm local time unless both teams come to an agreement. Typically schools understand travel needs of other schools. I've never hear of schools not coming to an agreement on time.
