The rankings are compiled using a combination of the rankings of the Omaha World-Herald, Lincoln Journal Star and Huskerland Preps. (6-Man only uses OWH and LJS for now).

A team receives 10 points for a first place ranking in one of these polls, 9 points for 2nd, 8 for 3rd, etc. The point totals are tabulated and the top ten make this combined, composite ranking. Here are the rankings for Week #2:

I think you've got Central overrated in class A. They were taken to the wire by what is probably the number 4 (maybe 3) team in Lincoln.

They are not "my" rankings. I just combine the Huskerland Preps, OWH, and LJS rankings into one. (Next week I'll also pull in the Associated Press high school rankings)

Sorry, my mistake. I still think Central is a bit overrated at this point.
 
Anybody see the Wahoo-AG game last week? Did Wahoo play very well, is AG a bit overrated or a little bit of both?

Will Wahoo be able to put together another complete game and beat Norfolk Catholic?
