Looking at 17-18 enrollment (57 + 44) won't EMF be getting close to Class C-2?

They can take a 2 year grace period to get their numbers down and still be playoff eligible

They do not have a grace period of 2 years. The only teams that are eligible for a 2-year playoff exemption because of an enrollment too high are teams that had been previously established and eligible in the prior cycle. Exter-Milligan-Friend was not an established team in the last cycle, therefore, they do not get a 2-year exemption.

I'm not sure that this is true. I think the grace period would only apply to an existing school or co-op. That said I think we're going to find that a lot of schools are eligible for 8 man in this next cycle that we aren't expecting because we just don't have the data of the male population.
