- Waverly breaks their own Class B state record, running a 42.04, topping the previous mark of 42.11 set in 2023. Team members are Noah Rose, Connor Schere, Derek Sutter and Braxton Smith
- The Class C state record was broken several times. First Battle Creek (Aden Pochop, Jaxon Mettler, Gavin Korth and Andy Ricchio) clocked a 42.78 to break the record of 42.85 set by Atkinson West Holt in 2024. Then at the state championships, West Holt took the record back with a time of 42.40. West Holt team members are Brody Galyen, Marek Dvorak, Andrew Rentschler and Lincoln Konrad
- Dundy County-Stratton set a new Class D state record in the 4x100 with a time of 42.57, bettering the previous mark of 43.59 set by Twin Loup in 2012. Team members are Kevin Garcia Guzman, Blaine Aldridge, Ethan Latta and Laken Wissink

- Central Valley set a new Class D state record in the 4x400 with a time of 3:26.62, bettering the old mark of 3:26.85 set by Eustis-Farnam in 2004. Relay members are Zaden Wolf, Lane Foltz, Jairo Lazos and Boston Wood

- Isaac Ackerman of Omaha Central broke the Class A state record of 64' 9.5" set by Larry Station of Omaha Central in 1982 several times over the course of the season. When the dust settled, Ackerman recorded a best throw of 67' 0.5" which was also good for the All-Class state record, breaking the old all-class mark of 66' 11.5" set by Marty Kobza of Schuyler in 1981
- Barrett Wilke of Stanton established a new Class C state record in the shot put with a throw of 65' 4.75", bettering the previous mark of 65' 3.75" set by Kade Pieper of Norfolk Catholic in 2023
