Nebraska high school senior dies after collapsing at track practice
A day after a successful track meet, Wisner-Pilger senior Hunter Palmer collapsed Friday at his high school during track practice. He died later that day at a West Point hospital.
Wisner-Pilger senior Hunter Palmer collapsed on Friday afternoon at track practice and later died at the hospital. No cause of death has been determined yet. He was an all-district running back for the Gators who was committed to play football at Midland University this fall. He also played basketball and competed in track for Wisner-Pilger.
