I get amazed how the 40 second and 25 second play clock is run incorrectly in the state championship the last two years, The 40 seconds start after the end of the play but it can not go below 25 seconds before the ball is spotted and ready for play and many many times it does and is why in the title games you see so many timeouts taken for lack of time on play clock
