Basketball Wausa Boys Hoops

What a strong start for Wausa. Typically not known for the boys hoops program, being 17-1 is great for them.

I see Osmond didn't have a boys basketball team this year, did their co-op not get approved for this current basketball season? Or was it not approached for boys basketball and just for football?

Coop was for JH Sports, HS Football, HS Wrestling, and FFA only I believe. They are discussing other sports for the future. It will be interesting to see what happens with that.

Going to go out on a limb here....and I hope this isn't/wasn't the case.
Wausa classification # - 30
Osmond classification # - 15
Combined that gets you to 45, which in return puts you comfortably in C2 for hoops.....

Which I could see that being a big part of why they may not do it for hoops. Which is too bad, many schools do not want to go up to C2. Really bums me out.

Osmond being in the middle of Plainview, Wausa and Randolph probably doesn't help their case.
