question about second round?

how do they determind where they play they second round ?

If teams playing were both at home or both on road, high seed hosts. If one team was on road and one team home, the team on the road hosts. (ie. If Kearney beats Norfolk, and Omaha North beat LSE, Kearney would host North in the quarterfinals)
