I have Sandhills Valley, Franklin, Central Valley. But I could be wrong.I think there will be 2 or 3 teams with enrollment of 37 that could jump to D1 based on my calculations. There looks to be several at 37, who would the largest 3 schools be based on the 3-year average? Sandhills Valley, Cambridge, H-D??
Where are you getting numbers from?I have Sandhills Valley, Franklin, Central Valley. But I could be wrong.
Looks like the last time they were 11 man was 2017.Not sure how long they've been playing 8 man. They were playoff eligible a few years go.
Id like to know how you think all of BDS, H-D, Franklin, Central Valley all get to D1. All have 37 not going to take that many up. maybe 2, 3 at the mostteams going down to D2 will probably be: Elmwood Murdock, wheeping water, Palmyra, Bancroft roslie, Lyon Decatuer Northeast, Cedar Bluffs, Neligh Oakdale, North Central, Nebraska Christian, and Bayard
Teams coming up from D2 to D1 are probably BDS, Howells Dodge Franklin, Central Valley, Boyd County, Dundy Co, East Butler, ,Pender , Creighton Com Johnson Brock, Hemmingford
Teams LEAVING 8-MAN CROSS COUNTY, CONASTOGA and not sure who else
teams back or new to 8man, Tri County and centennial
You are correct I will change Thanks there number is 79Haven't they been opting down for 6+ years...?
It is looking like 36 and down will be the split and 37 and up will be D1Id like to know how you think all of BDS, H-D, Franklin, Central Valley all get to D1. All have 37 not going to take that many up. maybe 2, 3 at the most
Is 8 man different? I just had a talk with a coach that mentioned in C, they only take playoff eligible teams into account for chopping C into C1 and C2. The ineligible teams are then placed in C1, giving C1 more schools than C2.now if one more decides to drop new to 8-man and I am not sure on one co-ops numbers this will make the cut off at 37 and then 1 or 2 of the 37 will drop and that could very easily happen for sure and if one or two decide to go up from 6-man this will also bump the number in D2 and make the cutoff 38 so it will be very close for about 4 schools if they will be D1 or D2 But at this piont someone could figure districts if the wanted to starting in the furthest west
That is correct. Even split D1 to D2 if it is not even the odd number is D2. Then place ineligibles in D1.Is 8 man different? Sorry to keep asking the same question, but... Where are you getting your numbers from?correct
this years enrollment numbers on NDESorry to keep asking the same question, but... Where are you getting your numbers from?
Elmwood Murdoch is not going down they flirting with c-2teams going down to D2 will probably be: Elmwood Murdock, wheeping water,, Bancroft roslie, Lyon Decatuer Northeast, Cedar Bluffs, Neligh Oakdale, North Central, Nebraska Christian, and Bayard

Elmwood Murdoch will be D2.Elmwood Murdoch is not going down they flirting with c-2
I have the number for the split higher than that. More than likely the split will be around 37 or 38. Would need more teams to be added to 8 man to get that low. Dont know the tie breaker but a team or team with 37 could be thrown into D1. I'm unaware what some teams will do, play 6 or come up to 8, I can only guess. If teams stay 6 that pushes the cut line higher up to 38.It is looking like 36 and down will be the split and 37 and up will be D1
I have heard of 2-3 schools that are talking about coming up to 8 man possibly but have not declared what they are doing yet alsoI think there is one 6 man team that hasn't declared yet that will come up.
Yep. I missed over that this morning. ThanksVia declarations on NSAA they’re listed to play 8man
Can you include a link??? I can't find it anywhere except on the NSAA website, but that is from the fall of 2022 enrollment numbers.this years enrollment numbers on NDE
mine says 6Via declarations on NSAA they’re listed to play 8man
I think you would be surprised.....boy # is 26 for the next cycle.Anyone hear anything about Maxwell dropping to 6 man? Hard to believe with the number of transfers they generally get out of NP.
