Girls Basketball question.

We have a young lady in our sports coverage area that will achieve 1000 rebounds on Tuesday (needs two more) She has already surpassed the 1000-point milestone. What I was wondering is how rare is it for someone to achieve the 1000 level in both points and rebounds for their HS career?

I have been in the area for more than 40 years and I'm sure it has happened, I just can't off the top of my head name anyone that has done it. (Girls only)

Can anyone give some names and their team? Thanks!

These below all have over 1000 rebounds and 1300 points. That is all the lower the stats on the NSAA site go for points. I would wager almost all the girls who get 1000 rebounds also score over 1000 points just in put backs alone.

Pretty sure Wauneta Palisade had a senior, Peyton Cox, surpass 1000 in both career categories this year.

I believe she reached 1000 in both within a couple games of each other last month.
