Wrestling Nebraska will adopt new weight classes in 2023-24

Nebraska will adopt new weight classes for boys and girls wrestling in the 2023-24 season to comply with those established by the NFHS. Also, girls will now have 14 weight classes, matching the number of classes boys currently have.

The new weight classes will be:
