My first round predictions for D1:
NPSP moves on
Bridgeport- game that could go wither way, take the home team
NO- going out on a limb on this one, think it's high scoring for sure
Arapahoe takes care of business and moves on
Hi-Line- too much speed
Riverside-Kind of a toss up for me could go either way
Perkins Co.- If healthy should win and advance
Sandy Creek takes care of business move on
Stanton moves on
JCC keeps their great season moving on, tight game though
EMF- Like their running game in this one
Plainview- too many athletes in this one
Cross Co- do we really need to say anymore than that right now
SRC bounces back and moves on
Weep Water- seems to be playing well right now, good time for it too
Crofton- too big up front, moves on

Some great match-ups in this early round, should make for a great night of football!

Only real upset I could see in the round of 32 is #12 Neligh-Oakdale vs #5 Ravenna.

Ravenna is 8-0 and has beat one team with a winning record. Their schedule is awful.

N-O is 4-4, but with losses to Howells-Dodge by 10, Crofton by a lot, Elkhorn Valley by 2, and Plainview by 11. Plus Ron Beacom gets a lot out of his players.

NPSP over Sutton
SC over Maxwell
Hi-Line over Summerland (closer than expected)
Arapahoe over Hemingford
Neligh-Oakdale over Ravenna
Elkhorn Valley over Riverside
Perkins County over Cambridge
Bridgeport over Alma

Stanton over Mead
Crofton over TCNE
Cross County over Wisner-Pilger
Plainview over Hartington-Newcastle
EMF over Pender (closer than expected)
SRC over Elmwood-Murdock
Weeping Water over Thayer Central
Clarkson/Leigh over JCC

Round of 16

#1 Stanton
#16 Neligh-Oakdale

#8 EMF
#9 Arapahoe

#4 Sandy Creek
#13 Perkins County

#5 Cross County
#12 Weeping Water

#2 NPSP
#15 Clarkson/Leigh

#7 Hi-Line
#10 SRC

#3 Crofton
#14 Bridgeport

#6 Plainview
#11 Elkhorn Valley

I believe that Cross County will have the tie-breaker over Sandy Creek.

Yeah I think it comes down to a team that Cedar Bluffs was supposed to play rescheduled a game, so they're 0-7, instead of 0-8. So it should go to CC on that weird technicality.
