DCS wins in a close game over Twin Loup 36 to 22
HD wins in an upset that is wierd to say that HD is not the favorite 36 to 20 Ainsworth had a great season
St. Fran wins 32 to 12 over a good Axtell team
Wynot wins Mullen 32 to 14
Best game of the night DCS and Twin Loup
Upset already stated HD over Ainsworth
This makes for some really good matchups in the 3rd round

HSF is the better team. 42-12

I'm surprised by the Twin Loup projections.

Hitchcock didn't too too bad vs them and DCS is 100 times better than Hitchcock this year. HC might've beaten TL if not for QR's speed.

TL has one fast kid (QR), so I think DCS handles them very easily since they also have some speed.

Some great matchups in the quarter finals with all 8 teams currently playing some of their best ball. Looks like any of these teams can win it all

These are some tough games to pick. Each game could go either way.

Johnson-Brock vs Sandhills. Pelican and the high power offense are too much for Sandhills. Johnson-Brock 42-28
South Loup vs Central Valley. This game is going to be a good one. South Loup size and Connell end up slowing down Central Valley. South Loup 36-30
DCS vs Howells-Dodge. Home game helps Howells and they continue their playoff run. Howells-Dodge 32-20
Wynot vs HSF. HSF is well coached and will have a great plan to slow down Wynot. HSF 24-20

South Loup Vs Sandhills-Thedford. Rematch game and should be a great one. Seems like Sandhills-Thedford is playing a little better this time around. Connell is still too tough to stop 42-38 South Loup

Wynot Vs Howells-Dodge. Howells-Dodge has played 3 great teams in the playoffs and is the most battle tested team in D-2. They know what they are going to do and you know what they are going to do, try to stop it. Still think this Wynot team is a little better and has too much speed. Also depends if HD can defend the pass. Wynot 32-22
