you have to have enough to out at Winside in order to have a coach. nobody in their right mind would want that job. I feel for the guy who gets put in that position , you couldn't pay me enough. that gig is week to week depending upon who is on your schedule.

I mean why say that? Why talk negative on a community that is trying to hold it together for it's kids? They don't need you doing that.

Winside has been in tough times for more than a decade now. The district needs to dissolve IMO. Kids can choose to go to Wayne, Norfolk, or Stanton.

I don't know about dissolve, but they really should have opted to go 6-man this latest cycle.

They tried to start a co-op with Randolph, but it didn't materialize. Those two were co-oping junior high football (and maybe some other jr high sports) but not sure if they still are or not.
