Thanks for the updates, Alum-Ni. I began following the tournament more closely after you posted about it last week. Creighton Prep had it tough. They went 3-0 in pool play, got rain delayed several times. Made it to the championship and only had to be beat once by a team that they crushed in pool play (21 hits or something like that). Nevada was 1-2 in pool play. Creighton prep finished the world series with a 4-1 record and is the runner up to a team that was 3-2.
This was one of those tough situations in sports where probably the best team (statistics and record would back it up) in a tournament loses at the wrong time. Tough break for them that the bats went cold at the worst time.
Also the pitcher that threw for Nevada was quite impressive, especially for being only 16 years old.
