Tough to tell without knowing if any of those other C1 teams will drop down. Seems like you’ll have some districts with 6 teams and others with 5 teams. Normally they put the districts out East with 6 teams but with valentine, it almost makes more sense to have that western district have 6 teams. Then do you work west to East with 6 teams and then go down to 5? Or split it up and have the western district with 6 and then 2 eastern districts with 6? Not sure on the exact science of how they choose districts. Last cycle seemed to start in the south east part of the state? Or Is it west to east? Or pick a direction and maybe use common sense? Here are two shot in the dark guesses based on districts from last cycle (this all changes with C1 schools dropping). Less teams make for more awkward districts:
